MISSION:
Provide guidance to Lʉgbara tɨ writers and approval of all Lʉgbara tɨ literature for use in schools, colleges, Universities, Churches and hospitals.
VISION:
To develop and preserve the Lʉgbara, culture, tradition, values and language through documentation and publication for use within the community, education and health sectors in Uganda and in the diaspora.
VALUES:
Our values are based on the good norms of the various lugbara communities in the West Nile region of Uganda.
